Mr. Frazier joined Cranbrook Partners in 2000. He also owns Frazier Industries, LLC - a minority owned holding company, Chairman of Production Spring, LLC, and CEO of Delcom Industries.

Prior to forming Frazier Industries, Mr. Frazier served as a Senior Vice President with Fifth Third Bank responsible for the Business Development Group - South Market, and was responsible for starting the Leveraged Finance Group for Fifth Third in Chicago. Mr. Frazier has over 10 years experience in financing privately owned or closely held businesses in an asset based environment.

Prior to Fifth Third, he held positions with American National Bank in the Asset Based Finance Group. He began his career with Peterson & Company as a Senior Consultant responsible for Litigation Consulting.

Mr. Frazier graduated from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting with Honors and is also a graduate of Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management's Executive Masters.
